Machined under a strict build-to-print framework from high-quality bar stock, this cylindrical component integrates an external thread, a step shoulder structure, and a concentric precision drilled through hole. Linear tolerances are controlled strictly according to customer drawing requirements, supporting tight tolerances down to +/-0.005mm based on component features.
