Sourced from raw saw-cut plate stock to relieve residual stresses and maintain stability during high-feed metal removal, the component features a deep-cavity layout with thin partitions. The process holds parallelism within 0.02 mm to datum A and position tolerance within a 0.02 mm cylindrical zone to datums A, B, and C. Full material traceability is maintained via mill test reports alongside dimensional batch inspection reports. First Article Inspection (FAI) via in-house CMM ensures alignment within automated optical and semiconductor carrier assemblies.

Executed with zero product development involvement, our production follows customer blueprints strictly to support stable automation components assembly with tight linear tolerances stable down to ±0.005mm. Inline quality tracing was verified via digital height gauges and VMS optical projectors to ensure traceability.
