FIWOK METALWORKS presents Case 029: high-precision simultaneous 5-axis CNC machining of a precision aluminum alloy thin-wall prismatic enclosure and cavity component for high-end applications. Milled from premium Aluminum A6061-T4 at our Shenzhen factory, this multi-cavity housing serves four primary high-tech sectors: automated servo systems, optical metrology tools, semiconductor processing equipment, and medical diagnostic instrumentation. Utilizing advanced multi-axis machining centers, our engineering team managed complex deep-pocket milling integrated with ultra-thin internal partition walls. By minimizing tool pressure and eliminating distortion without design modifications, we secured structural rigidity for this batch of 200 pieces. Dimensions are verified via VMS and height gauges with traceable inspection reports, supporting tight linear tolerances down to +/-0.005mm.
