Operating from our Shenzhen facility since 2012 with 14+ years of B2B contract manufacturing expertise, our machine shop utilizes multi-axis CNC milling centers to manage specialized tool rigidity control, deep cavity side-hole toolpath configurations, and structural pocket geometry stability. This production run of 100 pieces was manufactured with zero product development involvement, relying strictly on customer blueprints to hold tight linear tolerances down to ±0.005mm based on complex features. Quality gating was executed via digital height masters, VMS optical projectors, and micrometers to provide material source traceability and batch dimensional inspection logs prior to post-machining bead blasting and anodizing.
