008 Precision Aluminum Mounting Block – 5-Axis CNC Machining
Engineering project study of Case 008 by FIWOK METALWORKS, demonstrating high-precision simultaneous 5-axis CNC machining capabilities for a custom 6061-T6 aluminum mounting block. Operating from our Shenzhen factory facility since 2012 with 14+ years of industrial mechanical expertise, our machine shop utilizes multi-axis CNC milling centers to execute complex V-shaped inclined surfaces, oblique counterbores, and multi-angle datum alignment. This contract run of 100 pieces highlights our specialized tool orientation pathways to eliminate repeated workpiece re-clamping and control positioning drift. Executed with zero product development involvement, our production follows customer blueprints strictly to support stable automation components assembly with tight linear tolerances stable down to ±0.005mm. Inline quality tracing was verified via digital height gauges and VMS optical projectors to ensure traceability.

010 CNC Turning Brass Threaded Shoulder Stud
Engineering brief for Case 010: FIWOK METALWORKS (Shenzhen, China, founded 2012) demonstrates precision contract CNC turning capabilities for a custom brass threaded shoulder stud used in industrial equipment fastening and mechanical assemblies. Machined under a strict build-to-print framework from high-quality bar stock, this cylindrical component integrates an external thread, a step shoulder structure, and a concentric precision drilled through hole. Linear tolerances are controlled strictly according to customer drawing requirements, supporting tight tolerances down to +/-0.005mm based on component features. Production capability spans recurring batch manufacturing and scalable repeat-order production runs from 50 to 100,000+ pieces, maximizing cost efficiency. Inspection protocol utilizes digital vertical height gauges, precise pin gauges, and calibrated thread gauges to verify assembly compatibility and thread consistency. No EDM or CMM was used.
